Scope
Both pages open on All calls, which covers exactly what the Calls page shows and is computed live from your analyses. It works whatever cadence your routine runs on — run-now, daily, weekly or monthly.
If a weekly rollup has been written for a completed ISO week, that week appears next to All calls as a historical snapshot. A rollup is no longer a precondition for these pages showing anything.
Objections
Tags are ranked by deals stalled plus lost, not by raw frequency — an objection that comes up constantly and is handled well is not your problem. Expand any tag to see every call it happened on, with the quote.
The tags come from your own objection taxonomy. When the analyzer hears something that fits nothing in it, it proposes a new tag rather than forcing a bad match.
Team & 1:1
One card per rep: call volume, average score, goal-met rate, the objection they face most, and any compliance incidents. Rep attribution comes from the source system — the GHL user on the call, the JustCall agent — resolved to a real name.
VAPI and Retell calls have no human user attached, so those reps appear as User 1, User 2 and so on, kept stable per phone number or agent id. That is expected, not a bug — Ambrose will not invent a person's name.
Thin numbers
Both pages say plainly when the sample is too small to mean anything. Three analysed calls is not a pattern, and the headline will tell you so rather than presenting a confident-looking average.
