What a row means

Each row is one analysis document. The header stats count only analysed calls — a voicemail should not drag down your average score.

  • Analysed — a real two-way conversation. It has a score, a goal outcome and objection tags.
  • Junk — voicemail, instant hangup, no-show, wrong number. Counted, never scored, never deleted.

Use Show filtered calls to see the junk. It is worth looking at: a rep whose calls are 80% voicemail has a dialling problem, not a coaching problem, and that only shows up here.

Finding a call

Search matches the contact name, the rep, the call id, the disposition and the objection tags — including junk rows, because "why is there nothing from Jane?" is usually answered by a voicemail row. The dropdown filters narrow by rep, scorecard template, goal, score band, objection and compliance.

Exporting

Export CSV downloads exactly the rows on screen, in the same order, after every filter and the search. If the table shows 12 rows, the file has 12 rows.

If the page is empty

The empty state tells you which of your call agents would fill it and whether they are live. In order, the usual causes are: no call agent is live, no routine has run yet, or the sweep genuinely found nothing new.
